Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing buildfordream.com or using any B4D product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Build For Dream provides software products including Careiti, Phomory, YauMuNews, and Talk2CS, as well as production services. Features, pricing, and availability may change with notice.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activity under your account, and ensuring your use complies with applicable laws in Hong Kong and your jurisdiction.
4. Intellectual Property
All B4D software, brand assets, and content remain the property of Build For Dream. Custom work produced for you under a production or development agreement is transferred to you upon full payment.
5. Payment Terms
SaaS subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Production orders require a deposit. We use Stripe for payment processing. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Build For Dream shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
8. Changes to Terms
